Talent Development

Today at Enrich we started with Talent Development. I was looking foward to talent development because we were going to go on a field trip to Oreti Beach so that we could take photos for the MADE Awards. 20 minutes later... Yes we are finally at the beach. 'O.K you can go anywhere where we can see you, but not by the sand tunes'. I took heaps of photos along the beach using the following angles:  birds eye view, mouse view, worms eye view and close ups.  'Nearly time to go' said Katie. 'Can we go into the sand tunes for ten minutes?' asked Travis. 'Okay'. Wow look at the view from up here its amazing! 'I don't want to jump down' wailed Norton. 5 minutes later... O.K its time to go said Katie.

Talent Development

Today at Enrich we started our talent development. I chose to do MADE Awards with Katie.  The MADE Awards are a national competition for primary aged kids.  There are different categories to choose from. I like making movies and this is a big part of this competition so it sounded like something I would like to do.  We are going to make a commercial. We spent the morning planning our project and thinking of what we want to sell. I am thinking of making an extreme bouncy ball that will bounce higher than usual.  There are 4 of us working on this project - Travis, Rhylee, Norton and I.  We have to pick the best idea for a commercial.
